Depict joins the agent integration catalogue

Your agents can now work with Depict, the AI merchandising platform behind product recommendations, site search, and collection sorting on e-commerce storefronts. Connecting it puts merchandising in the same conversation as the rest of your stack.

Enable it first under Agent integrations in Settings, then connect with your Depict API key from the Add integration dialog, and it joins the agent's toolset like any other.

See the real state of every agent and session

The Status column on your agents list now reflects what is actually happening. An agent reads Running whenever a run is live, even when that run is nowhere on the page in front of you.

There is a new Draft status too. An agent with no instructions used to read Ready and offer a Run now button that could never work. It now reads Draft, and Run now stays disabled until you add instructions, with a tooltip telling you so. Editing and Ask agent stay open, since talking to an agent is how you configure one.

An orange dot marks anything waiting on you, both on the agents list and on Sessions in the sidebar. Where the row itself cannot take you to them, the dot can: click it and you land in that agent's Activity tab, already filtered to the runs that are blocked.

Always allow now means always

Choosing Always allow on a tool approval now records the permission on the spot. It used to save afterwards, too late for the run already in progress. One approval now covers the run you are in and every run after it.

The grant also follows the account the tool actually ran against. On an agent wired to more than one Shopify store, it used to land on whichever store happened to be listed first rather than the one you approved. It now grants exactly the store you said yes to.
